RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
FROM ROBERTO AND MAGDALENA JIMENEZ,
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED,
AND DEDICATING AND NAMING A PARCEL OF LAND AT
533 E. FOURTH STREET, AS FOURTH STREET
(A.P.N. 556-123-10)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City
that pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute
a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an
interest in real estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED dated July 24, 1992 from Roberto Jimenez and
Magdalena Jimenez, husband and wife.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" was
conveyed to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street purposes.
2. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be
dedicated for public street purposes.
3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be
known as a portion of Fourth Street.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 1992.

50 FEET TO THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LAND CONVEYED BY GEORGE F.
LECLERE AND HATTIE B. LECLERE TO CHARLES TENWOLDS AND JENNIE TENWOLDS
BY DEED DATED DECEMBER 28, 1920 AND RECORDED IN BOOK 841, PAGE 303
OF DEEDS, RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY; THENCE SOUTH 19° EAST ALONG THE
WESTERLY LINE OF THE LAND SO CONVEYED TO TENWOLDS AND ALONG THE
SOUTHERLY EXTENSION OF SAID WESTERLY LINE 165 FEET TO A POINT IN THE
CENTER LINE OF A PUBLIC STREET 80 FEET WIDE; THENCE SOUTH 71° WEST
ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF SAID STREET 50 FEET TO THE PLACE OF
COMMENCEMENT.
