RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NATIONAL CITY DECLARING
CEMENT CUTTING, INC. TO BE THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE
BIDDER AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH CEMENT CUTTING, INC. FOR THE
DEMOLITION OF TWO RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES ON
VALLEY ROAD AND SITE CLEARANCE
(Engineering Spec. No. 92-19)
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of the City of National City did
in open session, on September 16, 1992, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed
bids for the demolition of the two residential structures at 3402 and 3404 Valley Road
and site clearance.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of National City hereby awards the contract for the demolition of the two
residential structures at 3402 and 3404 Valley Road and site clearance to the lowest
responsive bidder, to wit:
CEMENT CUTTING, INC.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National
City, California that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City, a
contract between Cement Cutting, Inc. and the City of National City to provide for the
demolition of the two residential structures at 3402 and 3404 Valley Road and site
clearance in accordance with the Engineering Department Plans and Specifications.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 1992.
