RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
APPROVING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOT TO
EXCEED $29,000,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT
OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY NATIONAL CITY DOWNTOWN
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT TAX ALLOCATION BONDS,
SERIES 1992
WHEREAS, the Community Development Commission of the City
of National City (the "Commission"), by its Resolution No. 92-19 adopted on May
5, 1992 (the "Resolution"), has authorized the issuance and sale of not to exceed
$29,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its Community Development
Commission of the City of National City National City Downtown Redevelopment
Project Tax Allocation Bonds, Series 1992 (the "Bonds") for the purpose of
providing funds to aid in financing the City of National City Downtown
Redevelopment Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of National City that the issuance and sale of the Bonds by the Commis-
sion, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Resolution, is
hereby approved.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1992.
