HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 92-118RESOLUTION NO. 9 2 -118 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM ROGELIO D. TIPAY AND EMERITA A. TIPAY, DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED, AND DEDICATING AND NAMING A PARCEL OF LAND AT 2208 AND 2210 RACHAEL AVENUE AS HARBISON AVENUE (A.P.N. 558-330-17) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: GRANT DEED dated February 21, 1992 from Rogelio D. Tipay and Emerita A. Tipay. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" was conveyed to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street purposes. 2. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes. 3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of Harbison Avenue.
