HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 92-19RESOLUTION NO. 92-19 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM SWEETWATER UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 16TH STREET EAST OF "D" AVENUE FOR STREET PURPOSES (A.P.N. 560-191-30) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: GRANT DEED dated October 16, 1991, from SWEETWATER UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT.
