HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 92-20RESOLUTION NO. 92-20 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY DEDICATING AND NAMING AN ACQUIRED PARCEL OF LAND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 16TH STREET EAST OF "D" AVENUE FOR STREET PURPOSES AS 16TH STREET (A.P.N. 560-191-30) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: 1. That SWEETWATER UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT has conveyed the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street purposes. 2. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes. 3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of 16th Street. PASSED and ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 1992.
