RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED
AND ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TRANSFER
OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY
TO IGNACIO R. AND ALTAGRACIA MENDEZ
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National
City, California, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute escrow
instructions and a quitclaim deed transferring real property owned by the City at
the southwest corner of Euclid Avenue and 18th Street to Ignacio R. and
Altagracia Mendez. Said quitclaim deed and escrow instructions are to be
submitted to the Engineering Department for recordation by the title company.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21 st day of April, 1992.
