RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
FROM FRANCISCO A. AND MARIA D. LOPEZ
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED
FOR A PARCEL OF LAND AT 1116 DELTA STREET
FOR STREET PURPOSES
(A.P.N. 551-480-05)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as
follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to
execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an
interest in real estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED dated April 16, 1993 from FRANCISCO A. LOPEZ and
MARIA D. LOPEZ.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1993.
