HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 93-161RESOLUTION NO. 9 3 -161 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY DEDICATING AND NAMING AN ACQUIRED PARCEL OF LAND AT 1128 DELTA STREET (A.P.N. 551-480-23) AS DELTA STREET BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: 1. That CARMEN C. ROMERO has conveyed the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street purposes. 2. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes. 3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of Delta Street. PASSED and ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1993. GEORGE `.
