RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
FROM J & C PROPERTIES,
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED,
AND DEDICATING AND NAMING A PARCEL OF LAND AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HOOVER AVENUE
AND 21ST STREET (A.P.N. 560-392-11)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that
pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate
of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate
to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED dated April 11, 1994 from J & C Properties
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" and depicted
in Exhibit "B" was conveyed to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street
purposes.
2. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be
dedicated for public street purposes.
3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known
as Hoover Avenue and 21 st Street.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1994.

CORNER CUT OFF DEDICATION
That portion of Lot 10, Block 44, in the City of National City, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to the Map thereof No. 348, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County October 2, 1882, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 10, said Point being on the Easterly
Right-of-way of Hoover Avenue, 80 feet wide, said point also being on the Northerly
Right-of-way of Twenty-first Street 80 feet wide; thence Northerly along the Right-of-
way of Hoover Avenue, North 17°46'18" West, 16.00 feet; thence South 62°44'50"
East, 22.64 feet to the Northerly Right-of-way of Twenty-first Street; thence along
the Right-of-way of Twenty-first Street South 72° 16'39" West, 16.00 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
