RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
APPROVING A ONE-YEAR RENEWAL OF THE
TERM OF THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AND CONSTRUCTION ELECTRONICS INCORPORATED
WHEREAS, the City of National City has entered into a Maintenance
Agreement with Construction Electronics Incorporated for maintenance of the security,
fire alarm, and public address system at the police facility; and
WHEREAS, the term of said agreement expires June 30, 1994, subject to
automatic renewal of a one-year term; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to renew the contract for an additional one-
year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City that the City Council hereby approves a one-year renewal of the
Maintenance Agreement between the City of National City and Construction Electronics
Incorporated for maintenance of the security, fire alarm, and public address systems at
the police facility. Said agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1994.
