HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 94-153RESOLUTION NO. 9 4-15 3 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY, DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF GRANT DEEDS, AND DEDICATING AND NAMING PARCELS OF LAND FOR STREET PURPOSES BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instruments conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: 1. GRANT DEED dated February 4, 1994 from William Lawrence La Bare and Adelaide V. La Bare, husband and wife, as joint tenants (APN 552-302-02). 2. GRANT DEED dated February 4, 1994 from William Lawrence La Bare and Adelaide V. La Bare, husband and wife, as joint tenants (APN 552-303-07). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the real property described in the attachments hereto collectively marked as Exhibit "A," and shown on the Plats attached hereto and collectively marked as Exhibit "B," was conveyed to the City of National City for street purposes. 2. That the City of National City desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes. 3. That the described parcels of land shall henceforth be known as Division Street and Mesa Avenue.
