RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE
ALLOCATION OF CDBG AND HOME FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of National City administers the allocation of CDBG
funding for the Federal Government under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD); and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to allocate program funds for the 1995-1996
program year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City held a public
hearing on the allocation of said funds on January 17, April 18, April 25, and May 2,
1995; and
"A" attached.
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to allocate these funds as shown on Exhibit
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City that the CDBG and HOME funds as shown on the attached Exhibit "A"
are approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City Council, to
submit a final statement and consolidated plan for the expenditure of said fund to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 1995.
