DATE: August 8, 1995 _CAA Lori Anne Peoples City Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 125 ,NOT AbUP RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH DAVID M. GRIFFITH & ASSOCIATES, LTD. FOR STATE MANDATED COST CLAIMING SERVICES 'WHEREAS, the City of National City has contracted with David M. Griffith & Associates, Ltd. since 1988 to provide mandated cost claiming services: and WHEREAS, the City desires to contract with David M. Griffith & Associates, Ltd. in order to meet the City's state mandated cost claiming needs during fiscal year 1995- 96. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the Mayor is authorized to enter into an agreement with David M. Griffith & Associates, Ltd. to provide state mandated cost claiming services for FY 1994-95 actual costs and, where applicable, 1995-96 estimated costs.
