NATIONAL CITY AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH DAVID M. GRIFFITH & ASSOCIATES,
LTD. FOR STATE MANDATED COST CLAIMING SERVICES

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH DAVID M. GRIFFITH & ASSOCIATES, LTD.
FOR STATE MANDATED COST CLAIMING SERVICES
'WHEREAS, the City of National City has contracted
with David M. Griffith & Associates, Ltd. since 1988 to
provide mandated cost claiming services: and
WHEREAS, the City desires to contract with David M.
Griffith & Associates, Ltd. in order to meet the City's
state mandated cost claiming needs during fiscal year 1995-
96.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City that the Mayor is authorized to
enter into an agreement with David M. Griffith & Associates,
Ltd. to provide state mandated cost claiming services for FY
1994-95 actual costs and, where applicable, 1995-96
estimated costs. Said Agreement is on file in the Office of
the City Clerk.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of August 1995.
