RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE FOR THE HONEYWELL
ENERGY CONSERVATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of National City entered into a Lease -Purchase
Agreement with Honeywell, Inc. on November 7, 1995 as part of the Energy Conserva-
tion Program; and
WHEREAS, all equipment has been delivered to the City under the Lease -
Purchase Agreement, and it is appropriate to accept said Equipment under the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Acceptance Certificate
for the Honeywell Energy Conservation Program. Said Acceptance Certificate is on file
in the Office of the City Clerk.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 1996.
