HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 96-64RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 6 4 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AMENDING EXHIBIT "A" OF RESOLUTION NO. 96-57 ALLOCATING ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ACT (HOME) FUNDS FOR THE 1996-97 CONSOLIDATED PLAN ANNUAL PLAN WHEREAS, the City of National City administers the allocation of CDBG and HOME funding for the Federal Government under HUD; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 1996-97 CDBG and HOME Budgets on May 7, 1996; and WHEREAS, the City has received an additional $106,500 in CDBG and $96,700 in HOME funds from the HUD; and WHEREAS, the City has agreed to allocate these additional funds, amending Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 96-57 in the same manner as the revised Exhibit "A" attached hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of National City that the CDBG and HOME funds as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" are approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized on behalf of the City Council to submit the 1996-97 Consolidated Plan Annual Plan for the expenditure of paid funds to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
