RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,
FOR A PROPOSED LOT SPLIT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF 24TH STREET AND HOOVER AVENUE
(Case File No. LS-95-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that
the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a Subdivision Improvement
Agreement between the City of National City and Wells Fargo Bank, National
Association, for a proposed lot split at the northeast corner of 24th Street and Hoover
Avenue. Said Agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 1996.
