RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
ADOPTING THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
FY 96-97 SCHEDULE OF FEES
WHEREAS, the City of National City contracts with the County of San
Diego for health services and is required pursuant to its agreement with the County to
establish fees for said services consistent with the fees established by the County for such
services; and
WHEREAS, Section 9.02.010 of the National City Municipal Code provides
that the City Council may from time to time adopt by resolution a schedule of health and
sanitation use fees to maintain uniformity with the County of San Diego fees schedule;
and
WHEREAS, the County of San Diego did adopt at the conclusion of a
public hearing the schedule of FY 96-97 fees for environmental health services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City that the Council hereby adopts the fees for health and sanitation services
for the City of National City, that schedule of fees which is attached hereto as Exhibit
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1996.

SECTION 1
The fee for each permit, plan review, license or registration issued pursuant to the
provisions of Section 65.107 of the San Diego County Code of Regulatory Ordinances
shall be as follows:

(b) HOUSING PERMIT FEES --INSPECTION FEES FOR APARTMENT HOUSE,

"UNIT" shall mean each apartment in an apartment house, separate

buildings, or combination thereof, located upon a single parcel of land or
