HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 98-57RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 57 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY APPROVING THE DRAFT 1998-99 CONSOLIDATED PLAN ANNUAL PLAN INCLUDING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ACT (HOME) PROGRAM BUDGETS WHEREAS, the City of National City administers the allocation of CDBG and HOME funding for the Federal Government under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and WHEREAS, the City wishes to allocate program funds for the 1998-99 program year; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City held a public hearing on the allocation of said funds on April 14 and April 21, 1998; and WHEREAS, the City has agreed to allocate these funds as shown on Attachment Nos. 1 and 2. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the CDBG and HOME funds as shown on Attachment Nos. 1 and 2 are approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City Council, to submit the 1998- 99 Consolidated Plan Annual Plan for the expenditure of said funds to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
