HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 99- 57RESOLUTION NO. 99 — 57 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING 1HE CONVEYANCE, AND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF THE EASEMENT DOCUMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES, AND AUTHORIZING 1'HE NAMING OF A PARCEL OF LAND ON DIVISION STREET BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest real estate to the City of National City: EASEMENT DEED dated September 22, 1998 from Salvador Porfirio Barajas and Anita Barajas, (A.P.N. 552-330-18). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: 1. That Salvador Porfirio Barajas and Anita Barajas have conveyed the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street purposes. 2. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be dedicated for street purposes. 3. That the described parcels of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of Division Street. PASSED and ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1999. ,!
