HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 99- 119RESOLUTION NO. 99-119 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 1'HE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE, AND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF THE EASEMENT DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES, AND AUTHORIZING THE NAMING OF A PARCEL OF LAND ON DIVISION STREET (3120 East Division Street, A.P.N. 554-102-16) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest real estate to the City of National City: EASEMENT DEED dated November 11, 1998, from Reynaldo Marcelo Pena, Jr., Susana Raquel Pena, Juanito P. Raquel, Fidela C. Raquel, Julian P. Raquel, Mary Jane C. Raquel, Ricardo P. Raquel and Marilyn C. Raquel, (A.P.N. 554-102-16). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: 7. That Reynaldo Marcelo Pena, Jr., Susana Raquel Pena, Juanito P. Raquel, Fidela C. Raquel, Julian P. Raquel, Mary Jane C. Raquel, Ricardo P. Raquel and Marilyn C. Raquel have conveyed the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" to the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY for street purposes. 8. That the CITY OF NATIONAL CITY desires that said property be dedicated for street purposes. 9. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of Division Street. PASSED and ADOPTED this 3'd day of August, 1999. ATTEST: el 1 R.
