RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING THE RIGHT OF ENTRY
PERMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF SAME
DOCUMENT FOR WIDENING OF DIVISION STREET
(6 North Harbison Avenue, A.P.N. 552-330-20)
WHEREAS, the owners of the property at 6 North Harbison Avenue, A.P.N.
552-330-20, have granted permission to the City's representative to enter a portion of their
property for the reconstruction of Division Street; and
WHEREAS, the street improvements on Division Street will be reconstructed
by the City of National City at no cost to the property owners; and
WHEREAS, this permit shall remain in full force and effect for a period of
twenty-four (24) months from the date this instrument is executed or until completion and
acceptance of the road widening improvements, whichever date occurs last.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City that the City Engineer is authorized to accept the Right of Entry Permit cause the
recordation of same document for the widening of Division Street.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1999.
