RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NUMBER ONE FOR
THE NATIONAL CITY STREET RESURFACING PROJECT
(Spec. No. 99-3)
WHEREAS, on November 16, 1999, the City Council approved a contract between
the City and Southland Paving, Inc. for the National City Street Resurfacing Project in the amount
of $1,077,322.90; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 reduces the contract by $74,413.67 by adjusting
the bid quantities to the actual quantities of work completed for each bid item and adding work
items 33, 34 and 35.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, that Change Order No. 1 of the contract with Southland Paving, Inc. for
the National City Street Resurfacing Project is hereby approved.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2000.
