RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AWARDING A
CONTRACT TO CALIFORNIA SURFACING FOR THE
REPAIR AND RESURFACING OF TENNIS AND
BASKETBALL COURTS THROUGHOUT THE CITY
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Department of the City of National City did, in open
session on November 27, 2000, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed bids for the repair
and resurfacing of tennis and basketball courts throughout the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of National City hereby awards the contract for the repair and resurfacing of tennis and
basketball courts throughout the city to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, to wit:
CALIFORNIA SURFACING
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City, a contract
between California Surfacing and the City of National City for the repair and resurfacing of
tennis and basketball courts throughout the city. Said contract is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 2000.
