RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AWARDING A
CONTRACT TO SRM CONSTRUCTION AND PAVING FOR
THE NATIONAL CITY STREET RESURFACING PROJECT
(Engineering Spec. No. 00-8)
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of the City of National City did, in
open session on August 2, 2001, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed bids for the
National City Street Resurfacing Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of National City hereby awards the contract for the National City Street Resurfacing
Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, to wit:
SRM CONSTRUCTION AND PAVING
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City
that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City a contract between SRM
Construction and Paving and the City of National City for the National City Street Resurfacing
Project. Said contract is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 214 day of August, 2001.
