RESOLUTâ–ºON OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 8,
ACCEPTING THE WORK AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE NATIONAL CITY BOULEVARD,
14TH TO 18TH STREETS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
(Engineering Specification No. 02-7)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Engineering Department that all work
required to be done by HEFFLER COMPANY, INC., Engineering Department
Specification No. 02-7, for the National City Boulevard, 14th to 18th Streets,
Improvement Project has been completed, the City Council of National City hereby
accepts said work and authorizes the filing of a Notice of Completion and orders that
payment for said work be made in accordance. with said contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Change Order No. 8 is hereby
approved.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2004.
