RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY APPROVING
THE 2006-2007 CONSOLIDATED PLAN FUNDING ALLOCATION
FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ACT (HOME) PROGRAMS
WHEREAS, the City of National City administers the allocation of CDBG and
HOME funding for the Federal Government under the United States Department of Housing and
Urban Development (HUD); and

WHEREAS, the City desires to allocate program funds for the 2006-07 program
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City conducted duly
advertised public hearings on the allocation of said funds on March 7, 2006 and March 21,
2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City that the CDBG and HOME funds are approved, and the Mayor is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City Council, to submit the 2006-07 Annual Plan for the expenditure
of said funds, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, to the U.S.
^epartment of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March 2006.
