RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
TO APPROVE, ACCEPT AND RECORD
THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP FOR PLAZA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OFt'STREET, NORTH OF PLAZA BOULEVARD
( S-2004-10, CUP-2004-19)
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Council held on December 21, 2004,
the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2004-238, approving the tentative subdivision map for
Plaza Village Condominiums located on the west side of 't' Street, north of Plaza Boulevard,
generally described as:
Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 8128, in the City of National City, County
of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof filed in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, December
4, 1978 as File No. 78-520662 of the official records.
WHEREAS, all requirements of the tentative subdivision map, the State Subdivision
Map Act and Title 17 of the City of National City Municipal Code have been complied with.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that
the final subdivision map for Plaza Village Condominiums located on the west side of t' Street,
north of Plaza Boulevard, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor, City Clerk and City Engineer are
hereby authorized and directed to file said final subdivision map with the County Recorder.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 2006.
