RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
TO APPROVE, ACCEPT, AND RECORD
A SUBDIVISION MAP WITH STREET EASEMENT
DEDICATION LOCATED AT HARBISON
AVENUE AND 16TH STREET
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Council held on March 7, 2005, the
City Council adopted Resolution No. 2005-76, approving the tentative subdivision map for a
property located at the south end of Harbison and 16`h Street, generally described as:
Being a subdivision of Lot 222 of Lincoln Acres, in the City of
National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according
to map thereof No. 1748, filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County.
WHEREAS, all requirements of the tentative subdivision map, the State Subdivision
Map Act and Title 17 of the City of National City Municipal Code have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National
City that the final subdivision map for property located at the south end of Harbison and 16th
Street is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor, City Clerk and City Engineer are
hereby authorized and directed to file said final subdivision map with the County Recorder.
