RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO APPROVE
INSTALLATION OF A BLUE CURB HANDICAP PARKING
SPACE WITH SIGN IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 325 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE
(F. RAINES, TSC ITEM NO. 2008-20)
WHEREAS, Mrs. Francis Raines, who is disabled, has requested that a blue
curb handicap parking space be installed in front of her home located at 325 Civic Center Drive;
and
WHEREAS, at its meeting on June 11, 2008, the Traffic Safety
Committee approved the installation of a blue curb handicap parking space with sign in front of
the property,.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City that the City Engineer is authorized to establish a blue curb handicap parking
space with sign in front of the property located at 325 Civic Center Drive.
