RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO
VACATE AND CLOSE=HARRISON AVENUE BETWEEN
19th and 20th STREETS. (SC-4-79)
The City of National City, California,
hereby declares its intention to vacate and close,
pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9
of the Streets and Highways Code of California, Harrison
Avenue between the Southerly line of 19th Street and
the Center line of 20th Street, situated in the City of
National City, County of San Diego, State of California,
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated as though set forth in full.
Time for hearing any and all persons interested
in or objecting to the proposed vacation is hereby set for
7:45 p.m., on November 6, 1979, in the City Council
Chambers in the Civic Center in the City of National City,
California.
The City Engineer of the City of National City,
California, is hereby directed to post notice of the
passage of this Resolution and the time and place of
hearing in accordance with law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October,
1979.

prolongation thereof of Block 276 of said Map 348 and lying Southeasterly of
the Southwesterly prolongation of the Northwesterly line of Lot 1 of said Block
276 and Northwesterly of the centerline of Twentieth Street as shown on said
Map 348 all in the City of National City, State of California.
