Home My WebLink AboutCC RESO 13,106RESOLUTION NO. 13,106 RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT (Drainage Pipe [Materials Only] Specification No. 903) WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of National City did in open session, on the 1st day of August, 1979, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and improvement described in Speci- fication No. 903 for drainage pipe materials. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the City Council of the City of National City hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest regular responsible bidder to wit: CONTRACTORS SUPPLY at the prices named in the bid of such bidder on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of National City. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 1979. ATTEST:
