VOg RESOLUTION DECLARING LOCAL EMERGENCY IN THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby de- termines and declares that a "local emergency" has occurred within the City of National City as a result of storms oc- curring on and after January 31, 1979. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council here- by ratifies a declaration of "local emergency" heretofore made by the Mayor of National City on February 9, 1979. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and the City Engineer are authorized and directed to process and transmit claims on behalf of the City of National City and its residents through the Office of Emergency Services. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 1979. ATTEST:
