HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 12,642RESOLUTION NO. 12,642 DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES (Portion of 12th Street) WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner of all that certain property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, that the following described property be and is hereby dedicated for public street purposes: PARCEL 11 That portion of 10 Acre Lot 5 in Quarter Section 154 of Rancho de la Nacion, according to Map thereof No. 166 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, lying northeasterly of the arc of a 14 foot radius curve concave southwesterly, said curve being tangent to the westerly line of "D" Avenue, 80 feet wide, and also tangent to the southerly line of the northerly 40 feet of said 10 Acre Lot 5. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described parcel"of land shall henceforth be known as a portion of 12th Street. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1978.
