HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 12,643RESOLUTION NO. 12,643 RESOLUTION ABANDONING EASEMENT (Graham and Bonamo Subdivision) BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby remises, abandons and vacates that certain easement in the Graham and Bonamo Subdivision, Palm Avenue to "R" Avenue between llth Street and 12th Street further described as: An unnamed easement lying over, under and across the Southerly 4 feet of Lots 5 through and includ- ing Lot 12; TOGETHER WITH the Northerly 4 feet of Lots 13 through and including Lot 20; TOGETHER WITH the Westerly 4 feet of said Lot 20; TOGETHER WITH the Easterly 4 feet of Lots 3 and 4, all within Graham and Bonamo Subdivision per Map thereof Number 3880, as said Map is filed with the Office -of the County Recorder of San Diego County, California, May 7, 1958. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 4 feet of the Southerly 4 feet of said Lot 5; also EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 4 feet of the Northerly 4 feet of said Lot 20; also EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 4 feet of the Northerly 4 feet of said Lot 3, said easement being further described on the attached plot map marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated herein as though fully set forth hereinafter. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this resolution with the County Recorder of San Diego County.
