RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(Modification of 7th Street Channel Bridge for Bicycle
Passage, Specification No. 869)
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of National
City did in open session, on the 29th of March, 1978,
publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or
bids for the modification of 7th Street Channel Bridge
for Bicycle Passage, Specification No. 869;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the
City Council of the City of National City hereby rejects
all of said proposals or bids except those herein mentioned,
and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and
making said improvements to the lowest responsible bidder,
to wit:
MUNS ENGINEERING COMPANY
in the amount of $54,760 as shown in the bid of such
bidder on file in the office of the City Clerk of the
City of National City, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1978.
