RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE
LAND AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF
(Joseph V. & Aline V. Leras, 2424 Granger Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of National City that a Covenant granted to the
City of National City by Joseph V. and Aline V. Leras
affecting property at 2424 Granger Avenue is hereby
accepted and the City Clerk is directed to record the
same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 1978.

COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE LAND
This COVENANT is made by Joseph V. Leras and Aline V. Leras, herein-
after reffered to as "OWNER". WHEREAS Joseph V. Leras and Aline V. Leras
are the owners of that certain real property located in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
The Northerly 60 Ft. of lot 424, Lincoln Acres Annex No. 3, in the
City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof Number 1754, filed in the offices of the
Recorder of said San Diego County, June 11, 1923.
WHEREAS, said owner desires to be excused from the legal requirement
to install the following improvements:
Sixty Lineal FT (60`) of permanent Street improvement fronting on
Granger Avenue consisting of 2 inches asphalt concrete on 6 inches of
aggregate base 18.5 feet in width, together with the curb, gutter,
sidewalk and grading necessary across the 60 feet of frontage to bring
the street to grade.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the granting of an exemption to
install said improvements by the City Council of the City of National (ity,
!said owner covenants themeselves and their heirs, successors, assigns, exe-
cutors and administrators as follows:
1. The owner will not protest the installation of any of the required
improvements under a 1911 Improvement Act Program, whether initiated
by the property owners or the City.
2. The owner will install said improvements in conjunction with an
overall improvement program of the area, whether initiated by the
property,owners or the City.
