HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 12,747RESOLUTION NO. 12,747 RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO VACATE AND CLOSE THE SOUTHERLY ONE-HALF OF 20TH STREET BETWEEN HOOVER AND ROOSEVELT AVENUES (SC-5-78) The City Council of the City of National City, California, hereby declares its intention to vacate and close, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of California, the southerly one-half of 20th Street between Hoover and Roosevelt Avenues situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit II An set and attached hereto and incorporated herein as though forth in full, subject to reservations rights of way to be located thereon. Time for hearing any and all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation is hereby set for 7:45 P.M., June 27, 1978, the the City Council Chambers in the Civic Center in the City of National City, California. The City California, is hereby directed to post notice of the passage of this Resolution and the time and place of hearing in accordance with law. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 1978.
