RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO VACATE
AND CLOSE THE SOUTHERLY ONE-HALF OF 20TH STREET
BETWEEN HOOVER AND ROOSEVELT AVENUES
(SC-5-78)
The City Council of the City of National
City, California, hereby declares its intention to
vacate and close, pursuant to the provisions of Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of
California, the southerly one-half of 20th Street
between Hoover and Roosevelt Avenues situated in the
City of National City, County of San Diego, State of
California, more particularly described in Exhibit
II An
set
and
attached hereto and incorporated herein as though
forth in full, subject to reservations
rights of way to be located thereon.
Time for hearing any and all persons interested
in or objecting to the proposed vacation is hereby set
for 7:45 P.M., June 27, 1978, the the City Council
Chambers in the Civic Center in the City of National
City, California.
The City
California, is hereby directed to post notice of the
passage of this Resolution and the time and place of
hearing in accordance with law.

EXHIBIT "A"
The Southerly Half of 20th Street lying Easterly of the Northerly
prolongation of the Westerly line of Lot 1 of Block 44, and lying
Westerly of the Northerly prolongation of the Easterly line of
Lot 22 of Said Block 44 of Map of National City No. 348 as said
Map is filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, California.
