HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 12,894RESOLUTION NO. 12,894 RESOLUTION GRANTING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 1077 (No. PD-105, to construct a detached single-family dwelling at rear of 1019 East 18th Street - Cornelio Evangelista) The City Council of the City of National City, California does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows: 1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning Commission on October 9, 1978, said Commission unanimously adopted a recommendation that the owner of the real prop- erty at 1019 East 18th Street and more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as though set forth in full, be denied a Planned Development Permit. 2. That the City Council has received the recommendation of the Planning Commission, and after full and complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants a Planned Development Permit to construct a detached single-family dwelling at rear of 1019 East 18th Street, subject to the following conditions: a. Carport attached to proposed dwelling shall have a gable roof. (1) Parking space shallbe provided on opposite side from that shown for new dwelling. (2) Entrance door to dwelling shall be located on opposite side of south wall from that shown. (3) Provide window next to entrance door on south wall. (4) Provide a view -obscuring wall adjacent to west side of parking space. b. Provide windows in lieu of plant-ons in south wall above carport. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th of .,1978. MAYOR EXHIBIT "A" ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 561-080-7 The Easterly 25 feet of Lots 8, 9, and 10 and all of Lot 11 of Block "C" of Beermaker's Subdivision per Map thereof Number 317, filed with the County Recorder's Office of San Diego County, California, July 19, 1887.
