Melendez and Margaret Castillo, 2037 and 2039 Wilson Avenue) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that a Covenant granted to the City of National City by Eduvigas H. Melendez and Margaret Castillo, affecting property at 2037 and 2039 Wilson Avenue is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is directed to record the same. MELENDEZ AND MARGARET CASTILLO hereinafte referred to as "OVNER". WHEREAS OWNER is the owner of that certain real property located in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows: - Iots-7, 8, 9-, and 10, Block 149,_Nationai City, per Map thereof Number 348, filed with the County Recorder of said San Diego County, California, October 2, 1882. WHEREAS, said owner desires that the City of National City vacate certain portions of Hardin. Avenue and 21st Street as shown on City of National City Engineering Department Drawing 4559-D. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the vacation of said street areas by the City of National City, said owner covenants for themselves and their heirs, successors, assigns, executor and administrators NOT TO PROTEST A 1911 IMPROVEMENT ACT PROGRAM to improve HARDING AVENUE from 20th. Street.to 21st Street and 21st Street from Harding Avenue to Wilson Avenue with grading, curb, gutter, sidewalks, driveways, base, paving and incidentals thereto whether such program is initiated by the property owners or the City.
