RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Grant Deed from Richard Powell Sims and Lydia Sims,
for street purposes)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instrument conveying an inter-
est in or easement upon real estate to the City of National
City:
GRANT DEED from Richard Powell Sims and Lydia
Sims dated August 1, 1978, Eng. No. 3764.

in Quarter Section 134 of the Rancho De La Nacion, in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, map by Morrill, No. 166,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as fol-
lows:
Commencing gt a point in the -Westerly line of said 20 Acre Lot 1, which point
.is South 19 East, 140.67 feet from the Northwest corner of said 20 Acre
Lot 1;.-Thence North 71° East on a line parallel with the Northerly lin8 of
said 20 Acre Int 1, a distance of 329 feet to a point;- Thence South 19
'Fast on a line parallel with the"Westerly line of said 20 Acre -Lot 1,_a dis-
tance of 190 feet to a point in the Northerly line of the Southerly Half of
the Westerly Half of said 20 Acre Lot 1, b8ing the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
