RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CORPORATION
QUITCLAIM DEED TO GERALD HANDLER
(Slope easement along Newell Street)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute and attest that certain Corporation
Quitclaim Deed to Gerald Handler, the property more fully
described in said Corporation Quitclaim Deed, a copy of
which is attached hereto and is hereby incorporated by
reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day ougust, 1978.
