RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Easement - Joseph E. Garrett, Eugene B. Garrett and
Bolivar Apartments, Ltd.)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instrument conveying an inter-
est in or easement upon real estate to the City of National
City:
EASEMENT from Joseph E. Garrett, Eugene B. Garrett
and Bolivar Apartments, Ltd.,dated October 1, 1976.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of January, 1977.

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION,
JOSEPH E. GARRETT, EUGENE B. GARRETT AND BOLIVAR APARTMENTS, LTD.
HEREBY GRANT(S) to the City of National City, a municipal corporation in the County of San Diego,
State of California, a permanent easement and right-of-way to construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate
and repair Sewer Lines
including any or all apurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress, over, under,
along and across all that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State
of California, described as follows:
A strip of land ten feet in width lying five feet on either side of the following
described line: Commencing at the Northwesterly corner --of.the East Half of the _
West Half of the South Half of 40 Acre Lot 2, Quarter Section 132, Rancho de la
Nacion per Map Thereof No. 166 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said
San Diego County, May 11, 1869; Thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said
East Half of the West Half of the South Half of 40 Acre Lot 2, Quarter Section
132 and its Northerly prolongation a distance of 766 feet more or less to a point
of terminationonthe Southerly line of an 80 foot wide -street -known -as -Plaza
Boulevard.
It is understood that the grantor retains the right to erect buildings, masonry
wails, fences and other structures or change the surface grade of the easement area
provided,however, that all such work shall be accomplished after written permission
is granted from the City of National City and. in accordance with specifications of
the CitA of National City.
