RESOLUTION RELEASING COVENANT RUNNING WITH
THE LAND BY FRED SCOTT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City that that certain document entitled
"Covenant Running with the Land" and dated July 26, 1973
and executed by Fred Scott, and recorded as File/Page No.
73-210580, Book 1973 on July 30, 1973, which document
creates encumbrances and conditions against and burdening
the below described real property:
"Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, & 17 in Block 4
of Back & Shaule's addition in the
City of National City, County of San
Diego, State of California according
to map thereof No. 1072 filed in the
office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, July 27, 1907. Por.
557-041-1."
is hereby released and remised and extinguished.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of
the City of National City is authorized and directed to
record a certified copy of this Resolution for the purpose
of removing any defects in the title of said property so
that said property is free and clear of any encumbrances
created by the above described document.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 1977.

Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
2. The property owner will install said improvements in conjunction with on overall improvement program
of the area whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
3. Property owner will install improvements wailed upon demand of
City, within 30 days of demand, or City will be entitled to install said
improvements ar.1 charge the owner of the burdened property therefor, and
upon failure to pay said charge the City may maintain an action at law
against the owner therefor.
