RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(Sewer Construction Project, Public Works
Employment Act of 1976; Project #5 -
Specification No. 830)
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of National City
did in open session, on the 3rd day of February, 1977, publicly
open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for the
construction of sewer lines, Specification No. 830;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of National City hereby rejects all of said
proposals or bids except those herein mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing said work and making said improve-
ments to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
CARVER CORPORATION. Santee
at the prices named in the bid of such bidder on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of National City, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1977.
