HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 12,493RESOLUTION NO. 12,493 RESOLUTION GRANTING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 1077 (No. 90, to allow the development of a three -unit apartment building at 2041 East 5th Street - multiple family residence, planned development overlay zone - Denton K. Jordan) The City Council of the City of National City, California does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows: 1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning Commission on August 8, 1977, said Commission unanimously adopted a recommendation that the owner of the real property at 2041 East 5th Street and more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as though set forth in full, be granted a Planned Development Permit upon the conditions hereinafter stated. 2. That the City Council has received the rec- ommendation of the Planning Commission, and after full and complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants a Planned Development Permit to allow the development of a three -unit apartment buildingatt 2041 East 5th Street, subject to the following conditions: a. Development shall be in accordance with the colored drawing presented to the Planning Commission and City Council on August 8 and August 16, 1977, respectively. b. Area allocated for turnaround within the park- ing lot shall be marked "NO PARKING." PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of October, 1977. ATTEST: CITY C RK Res. That portion of the East Half of the West Half of the Hest Half of the East Haif of 80 Acre Lot 2, Quarter Section 130 Rancho de la Nacion, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according to the Hap thereof No. 166, filed in the Office of the Recorder of said San Diego County, May 11, 1369, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said East half of the West Half of the hest Half of the East Haif of said 80 Acre Lot 2; thence Southerly along the Easterly line thereof, a distance of 170.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described property, being the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to Willard E.
