RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPOSED ANNEXATION
OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
DESIGNATED "HANDLER ANNEXATION"
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of October, 1977, the
Local Agency Formation Commission approved a proposed an-
nexation of uninhabited territory to the City of National
City, said territory being therein designated as "Handler
Annexation", and
WHEREAS, the application for annexation was signed
by all the owners of land within the territory proposed to
be annexed and all other requirements of Government Code
Section 54797.1 have been fully satisfied, and
WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City
of National City, and is uninhabited territory in the County
of San Diego and is as described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of National City does hereby approve the annexa-
tion of the territory more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth
in full, to the City of National City, without notice and
hearing and without an election as provided in Government
Code Section 54797.1, and does hereby further resolve that
the said territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of
National City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of Otober, 1977.

"Handler Annexation" to the City of National City

METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION OF LOT 32 OF LINCOLN ACRES
Lot 32 of Lincoln Acres, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1740 filed
in the Office of the Recorder of said County on December 6,
1922 and more particularily described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Lot 32;
Thence -along the boundary of said Lot 32 the following
courses:
North 70° 57" East a distance of 200 feet;
South 19° 03" East a distance of 140 feet;
Thence southwesterly along the arc of a 40 foot radius
curve concave southeasterly, being the right-of-way line of
Rae Place as shown on said Map No. 1740, through a central
angle of 90° for an arc distance of 62.83 feet;
Thence South 81° 34" West a distance of 162.79 feet;
Thence North 19° 03" West a distance of 120 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING
