RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instrument conveying an interest
in or easement upon real estate to the City of National
City:
GRANT DEED from Don E. Norman and D. Jeanne
Norman, dated 10/11/77, Eng. Dept. No. 3761.

San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 166 by Morrill,
in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said 20 Acre Lot 1; Thence along the
Westerly line of said 20 Acre Lot 1, South 19° 00' 00" East 240.67"feet to
the Northerly line of land described in Deed to James Burnham, recorded
October 8, 191°2, in Book 581, page 332 of Deeds; Thence along said Northerly
line, North 71 00' 00" East 190 feet; Thence parallel with the Westerly
line of said 20 Acre Lot 1, North 19° 00' 00" West 200.67 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing North 19 00' 00" West, 40 feet to an
