RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Easement, Melrose Drain, Phase 2 Project - Arthur C.
Huhn and Marie Huhn)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of National City, California as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City
Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of
Acceptance and to record the following instrument
conveying an interest in or easement upon real estate
to the City of National City:
EASEMENT from Arthur C. Huhn and Marie Huhn
dated November 9, 1977, Eng. No. 3840.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November,
1977.

HEREBY GRANT(S) to the City of National City, a municipal corporation in the County of San Diego,
State of California, a permanent easement and right-of-way to construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate
and repair
DRAINAGE WORKS
including any or all appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress, over, under,
along and across all- that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State
of California, described as follows:

Reserving unto the Grantor(s) herein, or heirs and assigns the use or continued use Of the above -described
parcel of land subject to the following conditions:
The erecting of building, masonry walls, masonry fences and other structures; the planting or
growing of trees; changing of the surface grade shall be prohibited except by written permission
from the City of National City.

An easement ten feet in width, lying five feet on each side of the following
described center line:
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of the Westerly 315 feet of the
Southerly Half of the Northerly Half of 20 Acre Lot 1, in Quarter Section
131, Rancho De La Nacion, according to Map thereof Number 166, on file in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, California, May_11,
1869; Thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Westerly 315 feet,
30 feet to a point on the Southerly line of Melrose Street; Thence Westerly
parallel with the Northerly line,of said 20 Acre Lot 1, 5 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence Southerly parallel with the Easterly line of
said Westerly 315 feet, 67 feet to the beginning of a tangent 26 foot radius
curve, concave Westerly; Thence along the arc of said curve through a cen-
tral angle of 30 a distance of 13.61 feet to the point of cusp with a
26 foot radius curve, concave Easterly; Thence along the arc of said curve
through a central angle of 300
a distance of 13.61 feet; Thence tangent to
said curve, in a straight line to a point of termination on the Southerly
