RESOLUTION ADOPTING MAP SHOWING EXTERIOR
BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
("N" Avenue and 9th Street, Assessment District No. 188)
The City Council of the City of National City
does hereby resolve as follows:
That Map of Assessment District No. 188 sub-
mitted by DALE W. HOFFLAND, as Engineer of Work, showing
the exterior boundaries of the district proposed to be
assessed to pay the cost of the improvement of "N"
Avenue and 9th Street,
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 188 in the City of National City
be and the same hereby is approved and adopted as the
official map showing the exterior boundaries of the assessment
district for the work and improvement proposed to be done
on said streets pursuant to the 1911 Improvement Act.
That the City Clerk is directed to endorse her
certificate on the original and one copy of said map as
required by Section 3111 of the California Streets and
Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December
197 7.
